The Challenges
ARA 2.0 had the core rental functionality, but the experience could be improved to make the journey clearer, more efficient and easier to manage.

ARACAR 2.0
Improving 2.0
Reviewing the existing experience and identifying areas that could be simplified and improved in 3.0.
Lack of Clear Direction
Key actions and content were not clearly prioritised, resulting in an experience that did not effectively guide users towards booking.
Weak User Engagement
The previous experience lacked strong visual and content-driven touchpoints to attract users, communicate value and encourage them to explore further.
Design Decisions That Didn't Scale
Some decisions made during ARACAR 2.0 were based on the experience and understanding I had at the time. As my design experience progressed, I gained a clearer perspective on why certain approaches did not perform as expected.
My Contribution
Focused on improving the UI/UX from 2.0 to 3.0 across both customer and operational workflows.
